Crime in Venice

There is no crime in Venice.  It’s possibly the safest city in the world.  That does not mean, however, that crimes aren’t committed every day. There are.  Here is a list of Venice’s Ten Commandments:

~ CRIMES / FORBIDDEN / THOU SHALT NOT ~

  1. Arrive by Grandi Navi;
  2. Feed the pigeons;
  3. Stop in narrow passages or doorways;
  4. Walk in a row;
  5. Use a selfie-stick;
  6. Wear a backpack on the vaporetto;
  7. Sit on the steps of bridges;
  8. Get on the vaporetto before people get off;
  9. Fedoras of any kind;
  10. Americans.
